Kaohsiung is a city kissed by great tides and countless souls. In warehouse C6-7 at the Pier-2 Dayi district, the silhouette of the Dagang Bridge gazes quietly over the water. At sunset the whole harbor turns a deep orange-gold, and Shin Dian Wan Yin was quietly born in that dusk and flowing music.
By day, sunlight comes through the old brick walls and we serve pure, refined, health-minded European brunch. When night falls and the city's neon meets the light on the water, a beautifully plated dish and a swaying glass become the most sincere medium between people.
We do not just run a bistro. We are carrying on something about time and feeling.
Our vision: to become the most soulful smart-dining brand in Kaohsiung's harbor district.

We connect travelers from afar, local residents and the city's own harbor culture.
